But finding these programs, understanding what you qualify for, and actually completing the paperwork? That's a different story. Program websites are scattered and confusing. Eligibility requirements are buried in government jargon. Deadlines come and go. And the people doing the hardest work — actually managing the land — often don't have time to navigate it all.
